What you will need:
One cup of cold water
Two teaspoons of chamomile
One teaspoon of honey
How to make:
Put your herbs into a tea infuser basket. If you do not have one,“you can put your herbs in cheesecloth and tie it”. Boil your one cup of water on low to medium heat. When the water comes to a boil, turn it off and remove it from the burner. Pour your hot water over the contained herbs in a cup and let it steep for five minutes. Add honey and stir. Let it cool and then drink.
Herbal Notes:
I use Chamomile to relax and destress. Chamomile has been used to help with hay fever, muscle spasms and menstrual disorders. It has been known to help with insomnia, ulcers, flesh wounds, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatic pain, hemorrhoids, and inflammation.
Chamomile is used often for relaxation and to help one sleep.Try to make a nice cup of Chamomile tea about two to three hours before bed. It really does help me to relax and have a good night sleep.
