This is a gluten-free alfredo sauce because there is no flour being used in this recipe. Alfredo sauce is a cheese sauce that you can put on anything from chicken and pasta to vegetables. I personally love to use alfredo sauce on broccoli .

Ingredients:
One half cup butter
One teaspoon of minced garlic
One half teaspoon Italian Seasoning
One half teaspoon onion powder
Two cups of shredded Parmesan cheese
One cup of heavy cream
How to make:
Grate your Parmesan cheese and mince your garlic. After you have done this, “in a large pan over medium heat,” add your butter, heavy cream and garlic. Let this come to a boil. When it comes to a boil remove from the heat and stir or whisk in your shredded Parmesan cheese. Next add your onion power and Italian seasoning. Let sit for five minutes.
Prep Time: Five to seven minutes
Cook Time: five minutes
