This recipe is an easy and delicious gluten free brownie recipe that anyone can make. The use of cacao powder in this recipe makes it antioxidant rich in flavanols.

Ingredients:
One cup of cane sugar
One half cup of melted butter
One fourth cup Cacao powder
One cup of gluten free all purpose flour
One fourth teaspoon baking powder
One fourth Cup teaspoon salt
Two large eggs
One half teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with butter. In a small bowl mix butter, eggs and vanilla extract together. In a separate medium sized bowl, “mix together your flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt”. Then pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour your brownie mixture into your baking pan and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes or until done. When you put a toothpick into the center of the brownie and it comes out clean it is done.
