Chicken can be a great source of protein. Chicken is about one hundred and eight grams of protein per pound. The protein needed for the average sedentary person in a day is between forty five and sixty grams. Celery is full of minerals & vitamins, like folate and potassium. It also contains antioxidants such as vitamin C and flavonoids.

Ingredients:
1 lb of organic and free-range ground chicken
1 large onion-chopped
3 celery stalks-finely chopped
1 cup of gluten free oats or breadcrumbs
2 eggs
½ teaspoon of onion power
½ teaspoon of garlic power
½ teaspoon of oregano
How to make:
Preheat oven at three hundred and fifty degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. When all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together, make ingredients into a meatloaf shape. Think about what a bread loaf looks like. That is what you want your meatloaf to look like. Put your meatloaf into the middle of a large baking pan or bread pan that is non stick. Bake on three hundred and fifty degrees in oven for twenty five to thirty minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for five minutes. Then cut and serve.
Tip: This meatloaf will be very moist and may fall apart when cut.
