Lemon Balm & Rose Petal with Peppermint Tea

What you will need:

One cup of cold water

One teaspoon of lemon balm

One teaspoon of rose petals

One half teaspoon of peppermint

One teaspoon of honey

How to make:

Put your herbs into a tea infuser basket, “if you do not have that you can put your herbs in cheesecloth and tie it”. Boil your one cup of water on low to medium heat. When the water comes to a boil turn off remove from burner. Pour water over contained herbs in a cup and let steep for five minutes. Add honey and stir. Let cool and then drink.

These are the reasons that the herb was so valuable to the Greeks and Romans. It may also be used to soothe the throat and sinuses.
