What you will need:
One cup of cold water
One teaspoon of nettle
One teaspoon of dried goldenrod flowers
One teaspoon of dried bee balm leaves
One teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves
One teaspoon of honey
How to make:
Put your herbs into a tea infuser basket. If you do not have one, you can put your herbs into a piece of cheesecloth and tie it. Boil two cups of water on low to medium heat as some will steam off. When the water comes to a boil, turn it off and remove it from the burner. Pour your hot water over the contained herbs in a cup and let it steep for five to ten minutes. Add your honey and stir. Let it cool and then enjoy.
Herbal Notes:
Seasonal allergies can bug the best of us. The best bet for you to get the best relief is to start your anti-allergy routine early. This will help prepare your body a few weeks prior to your anticipated allergic season.
The honey you will want is raw organic honey from your locality. If you can get it, “local raw organic honey is preferable”.
This type of honey is more helpful against your seasonal allergies.
