There are numerous chemicals in our foods. We do need to know what these chemicals are because they can be harmful to our health. These chemicals in our foods may cause digestive problems such as IDS “irritable bowel syndrome” and diarrhea. This can interfere with the thyroid functions and hormone functions. Skin problems like acne may occur if the body seeks to expel the chemicals as toxins through the skin. Headaches and neurological symptoms may also occur if the chemicals in interfere with your brain chemistry. Aluminum Additives – Look for sodium aluminum phosphates or sodium aluminum sulphate.

Artificial Colors – Found in most commercial food items.
Flavor Additives-In a large number of commercial food items.
Theobromine
Butylated Hydroxyanisole – (BHA)
Propylgallate
Butylated Hydroxytoluene – Added to foods that also have BHA.
