Gluten-Free Biscuits

Baking your own food, lets you have control over the ingredients that are in your food. This is an easy and great biscuit recipe you can make anytime you want biscuits. It is a basic biscuit recipe.

Ingredients:

Two cups of gluten-free flour

Two-thirds cup of milk

One-third cup of olive oil

Three teaspoons of baking power

One pinch of sea salt

How to make:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix your wet and dry ingredients separately.Mix all your dry ingredients together in one mixing bowl, then mix all your wet ingredients in another mixing bowl. Then carefully mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Mix this for two to three minutes or until you see your mix has been incorporated well. Sprinkle a little bit of your gluten-free flour on your kitchen counter. Then put your biscuit mix on top of the flour. Put a little bit more gluten-free flour on top of the mix. Knead the gluten-free flour into your biscuit dough until you can feel that your dough is no longer wet at the touch. Then with a rolling pin, roll out your dough. Use a cup or round cookie cutter to cut out your biscuits. Put them on to a non-stick baking sheet and bake on 350 degrees for five to seven minutes or until golden brown on the bottom. Once you remove your biscuits from the oven, let them cool for four minutes.

Tip: You can add any type of milk you like to this recipe. You can add cheese or nutritional yeast to this recipe and even herbs.
